These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] (“Orb Player”, “we”, “us”) for the Orb Player app and orbplayer.com. By installing or using Orb Player you agree to them. Contact: support@orbplayer.com.

1. What Orb Player is

Orb Player is a media player. It plays playlists that you add yourself, such as M3U links, Xtream Codes logins or Stalker portals, and helps you find things in them by voice. Orb Player does not provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, films, series or other content, and we have no relationship with any content provider.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch what they contain. Only use Orb Player with content you are legally allowed to access. We do not check playlists, but we may refuse service, or remove a playlist stored on our server, if we are told it is used to infringe someone’s rights.

3. Free trial

Each device gets a free trial of 7 days from the first time the app is opened, with all features and no payment details needed. Trials are per device; creating new device ids to get more trials is not allowed.

4. Plans and payment

After the trial, a device needs a plan:

Prices are in USD and include any taxes we are required to charge unless stated otherwise. A plan belongs to one device id and cannot be moved to another device. Payments are processed by Gates2b and its partners under their terms. Your plan is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed; if it isn’t active within an hour, contact us.

5. Refunds

If Orb Player does not work on your device, email support@orbplayer.com within 7 days of paying, with your device’s MAC code, and we will refund you in full. We can’t refund because a playlist or provider stopped working, since that is outside our control. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the plan it bought is removed.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Orb Player: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to get around trials or plans, no automated or excessive use of our servers or the chat, and no use that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.

7. The assistant

The voice assistant and the chat on orbplayer.com use AI to understand requests. They can make mistakes; check important details, such as what a plan includes, on this site. The chat never asks for card numbers or passwords in messages.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Orb Player and its online features (such as voice understanding, artwork and the portal) available, but they may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Orb Player, Lifetime plans end with it; if that happens within 12 months of your purchase, we will refund a fair share.

9. Liability

Orb Player is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you play, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can stop using Orb Player at any time. We may suspend a device that breaks these terms. Sections 2, 9 and 11 survive.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live. Courts in [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction unless consumer law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
